The Mini Display next to the Spacetop's keyboard provides the user with an insight into the status of the Spacetop at that moment (as well as providing further QR features).
Below are the different statuses that may appear, and their meaning:
Symbol | Meaning | Notes |
| on and active | may also appear during the boot process, during which the device is not available yet |
| booting up |
|
  | sleep mode | with or without lock screen enabled |
  | indications while the update is taking place | in case the update is paused, further information will appear within the Spacetop canvas |
  | an error occurred during the boot process | the Error will appear, followed by the QR code |
 | charger is connected | appears for a short time |
 | battery is low | appears for a short time |
| critically low battery | Spacetop will require a charger to be connected in order to continue work |
