Returns can be initiated up to 14 days after delivery. Spacetop must be returned in the original box with all of its accessories.

To return Spacetop follow the steps bellow:

1) Contact support at support@sightful.com and tell us you would like to return your Spacetop.

2) Receive a return shipping label from us.

3) Put Spacetop back in its original packaging with all its accessories (charing cable and adaptor, nose piece, spare lenses, etc).

4) Ship Spacetop back using the provided label

5) Wait 2 weeks. This is the time it takes Spacetop to arrive back to our warehouse, be checked for damage, and make sure all of the parts are intact.

Once all of these steps are completed and the return is approved, we will issue your refund to the card used to purchase Spacetop.
