By pressing certain key combinations, you can do things that normally need a mouse, trackpad, or another input device to accomplish.
Some keys on Spacetop’s keyboard have special symbols and functions, such as the Spacetop Key, Reality Key, and more. Certain combinations of keystrokes will expedite a variety of commands, such as:
Adjusting the Field of View
Shift + Shift: Center Spacetop’s Spatial Canvas (LINK) directly to the visual center
Window Interactions
Ctrl + W: Close the active window.
Alt + Tab: Switch to the previously active window
Alt + Shift + Tab: Switch to the next active window
Resizing Windows
Alt + Spacetop Key + +/- : Resize all window edges.
Spacetop Key + Alt + Arrows: Increase/decrease window height and width.
Ctrl + Shift + +/- : Increase or decrease window size in all directions. Maintains the content zoom and aspect ratio accordingly.
Reposition Windows
Left Alt + Arrows: Reposition all windows directionally.
Open Spacetop’s Launcher
Spacetop Key: Quickly open the Spacetop’s launcher without having to click the launch button.
Cut, copy, paste, and other common shortcuts
Ctrl + C: Copy
Ctrl + X: Cut
Ctrl + V: Paste
Alt + Shift + F4: Screenshot
Volume Controls
F10: Mute
F11: Volume Down
F12: Volume Up
Travel Mode
Spacetop Key + T: Enable travel mode
Follow Mode
Spacetop Key + Shift + T: Enable follow mode
Browser Controls
Ctrl + Equals (=): Zoom in on content within a panel
Ctrl + Minus (-): Zoom out on content within a panel
Ctrl + F: Find
Screen Capture
Alt + Shift + F4: Screenshot. Use F4 to capture your personal field of view and CTRL + F4 for a wide angle.
