Fullscreen / Present mode viewing can be done through the Desktop app. Drag your YouTube / G-Slides / PPT window into the Desktop app and press the fullscreen/present button.

Windows open on the right/top of canvas - Right click on the app icon in the Home bar or drag window to bring it to the center.

Performance drops with GPU intensive applications: Using performance-heavy applications like Gaming apps, Photoshop, Figma, Premiere, may cause Spacetop to perform poorly.

Screen sharing in Teams & Zoom video meetings may be laggy.

Elevated Apps Impact Performance: Running elevated apps like Task Manager may degrade Spacetop's performance. If you’re running Windows as an Admin, make sure to also run Spacetop as an admin.

Installing applications while using Spacetop: We suggest that you wait to install applications until Spacetop is off.

Desktop app during Travel mode: when Travel Mode is ON, laptop screen is used for tracking, therefore the desktop app would not be available.

Logout twice in a single hour - Cookies authentication is set to expire in one hour, try again after an hour.

Citrix is still in Alpha mode under testing and may be unstable at times.

Gesture Conflicts: Certain touchpad gestures (like three-finger or four-finger swipes) can disrupt Spacetop. We suggest not to use those while using Spacetop.

Touchpad Scrolling in Launcher: Scrolling in the Spacetop launcher using the touchpad may not work consistently.

Gamebar is not supported: If you activate the Game bar (WIN +G) you will experience a lack of input (mostly frozen cursor, keyboard might work), to fix press WIN+G again to exit this mode.

Drifting: Toggle the Travel Mode On and then Off inside the launcher menu in order to fix.

Waking up from sleep: In rare cases, Spacetop may crash after glasses are put aside.

Laptop Lid Closing: Closing the laptop lid while glasses are connected may not trigger sleep mode. We suggest that you disconnect the glasses when not using Spacetop.

Display Switching: Rarely, Spacetop stops displaying in the glasses and switches to the PC screen mid-use. Disconnect the glasses and re-launch Spacetop to fix.

No Display in Glasses on Launch: When launching Spacetop, the glasses may not render the display until restarted. Disconnect the glasses and re-launch Spacetop to fix.
