Spacetop comes equipped with a feedback channel that can be utilized to pass feedback directly to the Sightful Customer Success and Sightful Support team.

The Sightful Product and Design teams take customer feedback more seriously than anything else and encourage all Spacetop users to submit feedback as frequently as possible.

Please don’t hesitate to let us know how you’d like to see Spacetop evolve!

Sending Feedback to Sightful from Spacetop

  1. Locate and click the Bugs and Feedback button sitting to the right of the home bar. This will open the Spacetop Bug Reporting and Feedback form.

  2. Depending on the type of input, select from one of the three feedback options:

    • Report a bug: This option should be used to report SpacetopOS abnormalities and issues that you would like the Sightful R&D team to fix

    • Report a crash: This option should be used to report any instance where Spacetop might crash in full

    • Share your thoughts: This option should be used to share any feature ideas, critiques, appreciation, and ideas you might have for Spacetop (or its roadmap!)

  3. Fill out the form and submit it.

Submitting a bug or crash?

Please make sure to select 'Include data logs' whenever possible.

With logs attached, the Sightful Support and R&D teams will have an easy life replicating the issue you ran into and provide a quicker resolution.
