For those wearing prescription glasses, we have you covered. Here's what to expect if you are ordering prescription inserts for use with Spacetop.
Once you place your order, you will receive a link to securely upload your prescription within the next business day.
Uploading Your Prescription
This link will have a place to either upload you prescription or enter it manually. You will need to enter your pupillary distance (PD) measurement also, as this is an important measurement to make your prescription.
In the upload page, there is a link to a tool to get your PD measurement if you don't have it. All you will need is a driver's license-sized card and a web cam.
Shipping Timeline
Once we have your prescription on file, it takes up to 1-2 weeks to finish making prescription inserts, and an additional few days for shipping.
We recommend giving up 3 weeks from the time of your prescription is uploaded until you will receive your Spacetop.
